Tuesday - 6:00 - 6:45           Thursday - 6:30-7:15

One day - $ 60                 Two days - if you register for both nights you will recieve a $10 credit

This is more than a workout class. It’s a LET ME Program



It’s a 6 week strength training and bodyweight program paired with weekly accountability, nutrition education, and inner work to help you build real, sustainable change.



You’ll train with progressive strength and bodyweight workouts, learn how to fuel yourself without restriction, and do the mindset work that actually makes habits stick. Weekly group check-ins keep you supported, consistent, and moving forward — even when motivation dips.



This program is for you if you want to feel strong and in control of your health promoting overall transformation.
