Mini Masterpieces
Alyssa Rose Grades 2-6
Students will be encouraged to explore their inner artist and create a masterpiece on a mini canvas. Each student may choose between using 2-4 mini canvases to create a work of art that can stand alone individually or, when put together, make one cohesive piece. When they draw, paint, color,
or glue, students will be encouraged to express themselves through art. We will utilize how-to-draw videos and worksheets to assist in the creative process. There will be plenty of examples to help guide
and inspire the artist within.
Students should bring: Students should bring a water bottle labeled with their name, a healthy snack, as well as a smock or old shirt to wear over their clothes while painting. Students should wear: Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing. M - F 9-12pm
