Chef Jrs. will work together with their adult chef to create pasta dough from scratch then create bow tie shapes. While the
dough is resting, we will go over shrimp cleaning techniques and prep remaining ingredients. Then we layer flavors (why is that important?) and combine the ingredients to create a memorable dish.

Culinary Classes with Chef Gina Chef Gina of Personal Plates, LLC
Personal Plates, LLC is a woman-owned small business providing cooking classes in Dutchess County, NY.
Adult Chefs cook alongside their Chef Jrs to help them develop their culinary skills while making memories together. Students are paired at a station and provided with the food and equipment needed to prepare (at least) 2 servings of the recipe for the class and are responsible to keep their station clean. If you are signing up as a triplet group, please reach out to let Chef Gina know. Students will be able to sit and eat the food they prepared. Classes will run about 2-2.5 hours, followed by student clean-up of their station and dishes. All supplies, special equipment, and ingredients needed are included in the registration fee.
