Students, ages 13 adult, will learn personal safety and enhance your mental and physical well-being with William J. Sleight, retired police detective/5th degree black-belt. This program will cover the following areas: legalities (use of force), voice defense, footwork techniques (stance, etc.), releases, take downs (redirection of force), chokes from the front and the rear, bear hugs, ground defenses and car defenses. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Bring a bagged lunch to class.
